|Recommended: YesI like it here so much I renewed my lease for longer this time I have a beautiful studio apartment overlooking the river. It has all the amenities I need and room for my cat. It is super quiet and energy efficient. I feel safe and welcomed in the community, and I have several friends nearby. I live on the second floor so I use the stairs a lot, but it's nice to know there is an elevator down the hall if needed. All the best parts of Spokane are right out my window, Riverfront Park, downtown night life, theaters and shopping, the Centennial Trail, with some of the best restaurants in town right on the block, the weekly Night Market in the summer, and free concerts at The Nest. I couldn't have chosen a better place to live than Kendall Yards and Jefferson Alley.

|Recommended: NoDON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....RUN Although you sign a lease to lock in rent, your rate will increase under the disguise of fees . Any inquiries to Guest Services are a waste of time....YOUR TIME I moved out in April, was billed for a key fob months later, which they then turned into a bill for HVAC I guess they changed their mind , and was charged an NSF fee because I took down my banking information from the Resident Portal when I moved. Why didn't they call me Because employees have the spiel down, aren't willing to reach out, pass you on over concerns the tenant has a right to pursue. High employee turnover is why I got lost in the shuffle, and if that is any indication of how things are run at Jefferson Alley, I'd say there are better places in Spokane to give your rent money to TOO EXPENSIVE FOR MEDIOCRE HOUSING.......

|Recommended: YesPleasant Place Overall — I have lived in many places across the state and this has been my favorite as of now. The property staff is great and well-rounded. Positive takeaways are the view, location, parking, accessibility, friendliness, and security. I feel safe living here and the people I have met seem friendly. The challenging aspects would be mostly the maintenance staff. I have had to open multiple requests with no progress or no communication. The construction noise is pretty bad as well. They tend to start at 5 30-6 00 AM and till 6 00-10 00 PM. Note this is only applicable if they are doing work under the building. This won't be a constant thing I am sure once the shop is opened. Overall Id give this place a high rating.

|Recommended: YesDecent place to live — I like living in the Jefferson Building. It was a pain in the butt to get into my unit, but once we were in the staff is very kind, there is no noise heard from the hallway or other units, and the location is great. Can tell that the construction details are mid-quality, but since it was built during COVID that is pretty common.
